I’m originally from London and moved to New York as a teenager. After fifteen years in New York, during which I received an MFA in Fiction from New York University, I moved to Los Angeles in 2020.

My debut novel CLEOPATRA AND FRANKENSTEIN was published in February 2022 by Bloomsbury in the US and 4th Estate in the UK. It will also be available in the following countries in translation: Germany, Italy, France, Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Slovenia and Denmark.

I am currently developing CLEOPATRA AND FRANKENSTEIN the TV show with Warner Bros Studio.

My second novel, BLUE SISTERS, will be published in early 2023 by Ballantine in the US and 4th Estate in the UK.
